Shipping policy

Order Processing  
We will begin processing your order immediately after you place it. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successful. Please review the order details carefully to ensure accuracy. Processing times are as follows:
• Standard products: 7–10 business days.
• Custom or bulk orders: 10–35 business days.
• Peak periods or holidays: During peak order volumes, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Moonlight offers the following shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping
• Estimated delivery time: 15–25 business days.

Express Shipping  
• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days.  
• Fees: Additional fees apply; fees will be calculated at checkout.  
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and logistics company arrangements.  

Shipping Fees  
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:  
• The shipping method you select.  
• The weight and dimensions of your order.  
• The delivery destination.  
The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and confirmed before you complete your purchase.  

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email containing all tracking information and a tracking code. You can check your order status using the “Track Order” feature on our website.  

Delivery Delays
We strive to deliver your order on time; however, delays may occur due to the following reasons:
• Inventory availability or processing capacity.
• High order volume during peak seasons.
• Unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or strikes.
• Customs clearance issues or logistics company delays.
 If there is a significant delay, we will notify you promptly. For urgent assistance, please contact Moonlight Customer Service.  

Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
• If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
• We will work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a replacement/refund. 
Damaged Packages
• If your package is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos or videos of the damaged items and packaging to expedite the process.
 
Important Notes
• International shipping: Available only in certain regions.
• Undeliverable addresses: We cannot deliver to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.
• Duties and taxes: All duties, import taxes, and fees are included in the shipping cost.
• Installation and assembly: Moonlight does not provide installation, assembly, or physical delivery services to residential or commercial addresses.
• Non-refundable shipping costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
